Inn Policies
- Pets - your well-behaved (quiet & house-trained) dog is welcome in the Widgeon Suite. There is a $100 refundable cleaning deposit required, and $25 per pet/per night fee. The cleaning deposit will be refunded at check-out, after your room has been inspected and no "accidents" are identified.
- Kids - your well-behaved (quiet & house-trained) children over 12 are welcome in the Widgeon Suite as well! The $35 per person/per night fee applies.
- We are a non-smoking Inn
- Rates are quoted double occupancy, additional guests are $35 per person, per night.
- Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM. Please call to let us know if you need to make later arrival arrangements (after 8:00 pm).
- We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, CASH, and TRAVELERS CHECKS.
- 10.3% Lodging Tax applies to rooms and 8.3% WSST applies to food/beverage/retail.
- There is a two night minimum stay every week-end April through October. A three night minimum stay may be required on Special Event Week-ends - Please call.
- Reservations require a credit card for guarantee. One night's deposit plus 10.3% Lodging Tax will be taken at the time of reservation.
- A refund will be given for all days reserved (less a $35 cancellation fee) for cancellations received 21 or more days prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 21 days notice a refund will be given (less a $35 cancellation fee) only if we can re-book the room/s.
